Containerized deployment fails with missing heat parameter type

The newly added RoleParameters (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/437956) parameter broke containerized deployment.

The heat validation fails with:

    ERROR: Missing parameter type for parameter: RoleParameters

Sorry for this - I missed it because the undercloud containers job was failing for an unrelated reason (the json body size)
