diagnostic.sh is not executable

[root@nailgun ~]# /var/www/nailgun/plugins/lma_collector-1.0/contrib/tools/diagnostic.sh
-bash: /var/www/nailgun/plugins/lma_collector-1.0/contrib/tools/diagnostic.sh: Permission denied

[root@nailgun lma_diagnostics]# ll /var/www/nailgun/plugins/lma_collector-1.0/contrib/tools/diagnostic.sh
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1423 Feb 14 12:20 /var/www/nailgun/plugins/lma_collector-1.0/contrib/tools/diagnostic.sh

How to resolve
[root@nailgun lma_diagnostics]# chmod +x /var/www/nailgun/plugins/lma_collector-1.0/contrib/tools/diagnostic.sh
