Font size menu not inset

Actual Behaviour

The area of the font size select menu in which the size of the font is
entered is not inset. The "down arrow" selector on the right is, however,
so it looks like the size of the font-size select list is bigger than the
area allocated to the tool bar, so the edges are drawn off the canvas.
Since this is a terrible description, I've attached an image showing what
I'm trying to describe.

All the font size specifying weirdness is indeed better discussed at the bug you mention (which is now bug 168397 in launchpad). Your step-by-step report would be very welcome over there.

I have retitled this bug to refer just to the problem of the font number not being inset in windows (it's fine under Linux).

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.46, but fixed in 0.47 and 0.48.
