Bug Description

The initial command is something like "/usr/bin/su-to-root -X -c /usr/sbin/gak" -- it does not work, so I fix it to "/usr/bin/gksu /usr/sbin/gak".

/usr/bin/su-to-root can be found in menu package, but gui-apt-key does not depend on it.

The bug is still present in Ubuntu 17.10.
