Bug Description
If the window is minimized to the taskbar, and you right click on the
taskbar and select "Close", the program becomes locked.
You can restore the window, even maximize it, but no menus or buttons
funcion.
I belive the problem is the "Save Changes to Document" dialog box does not
display when the screen is minimized. Since you user can't use this
dialog, you can't close the program. The only way is to use the task
manager to terminate it.
I've reproduced this problem on Windows XP and Vista.

Originator: NO
Behaviour confirmed on WinXP sp2 with build Inkscape0710091446:
when a minimized Inkscape instance is closed (right click > close in the
context menu) with a drawing that is not saved, Inkscape is blocked (only
window resize, move, restore and minimize is possible). Otherwise inkscape
is freezed as if it was showing the "save changes to documents" dialog
window. The thing is that this dialog does not appear.
Hitting ESC button makes Inkscape come back to a normal usable state.
I changed the summary to define the bug a little better.
