white Menu entries on vista

[Bug Importer]

In InkScape 0.45.1 running on Windows Vista Home Premium 6.0.6000 (without
service pack beta), the menu bar at the top of the screen has a minor
glitch. On mouseover, the highlighted text of the menu bar becomes
unreadable - both the text and the background becomes washed in white.
