Bug Description
Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
Package: Whichever runs keyboard shortcuts in Unity.
Kernel: 4.4.0-77-generic (came in with today's dist-upgrade)
Expected: Ctl-Alt-T opens terminal as fast as clicking the icon in the bar
Happened: Terminal takes about 10-15 seconds to open via the shortcut. Clicking the icon opens the terminal instantly. The shortcut worked fine until I did a dist-upgrade this morning.
