Bug Description
I suggest to add a drop down menu to select the current grid distance.
The selector should be on a prominent position in the GUI and always show the current value.
The user can increase and decrease the selection with a hotkey.

I've added them to GerbView, the Footprint Editor and the Footprint Viewer, but there doesn't appear to be consensus to add them to Eeschema and the Symbol Editor.
