2021 update - make this a removal
Please remove netcf from the Archive:
- It is rather unmaintained
- It has not reverse dependencies anymore
- It has open bugs like https:/
- Was removed dfrom Debian for the same reasons https:/

Netcf should be able to handle netplan (src:nplan) instead of ifupdown on Debian:
