Bug Description
The included backup script depends upon python (2.7) and python-requests, yet these are not installed by the charm. This means that no dashboard backups are taken, even if they are configured.
The charm should install the necessary prerequisites, and preferably switch to python3 for the backup script, which seems to work fine.
