It looks like there were no successful runs of mitaka.

It turns out, that we get a link to ISO torrent file to download using link [1]. A link [1] points to non-existent ISO image, that was deleted after newer ones were built. The thing is that the newer images do fail to pass BVT test and are not built successfully.
I believe that we should fix the BVT test and prevent old ISOs deletion if newer ISO wasn't built successfully.
