Bug Description
related to Bug #1687486
In "properties" -> "Open With" dialogue the "Default Application" list entry can't be removed. But this entry is replicated in the "Open With" -> "Other application..." in "Related Applications" where it can be removed. This is synced back to "properties" -> "Open With" where the Default application is filled by shifting up the first "Related Apllication". After opening this dialogue, the default application in the first row of the right-click menu is updated.
