Bug Description

On Ubuntu 16.04.2: right clicking a file, clicking "Open With" shows a list of applications. This list may be inconsistant.

Removing applications in "Open With" -> "Other Applications..." does not remove it in the mentioned list.

But Removing one application in the "properties" -> "Open With" list ("Related Applications") updates the mentioned list completely.

I don't have an Ubuntu 16.04 install to test on, could someone please confirm that this bug applies to Ubuntu 16.04 and not Ubuntu 17.10? I suspect they've changed the Open With behavior between Files 3.18/3.14 and 3.26 and this effectively makes the bug Fix Released (but New on Ubuntu 16.04) but need someone else to confirm this suspicion.

The "Open With" option got removed which resolves that issue
