Bug Description
I create a horizontal line segment say of length 50 mm, duplicate it and rotate the duplicated copy 90 degrees, then group both segments so I have a 50 mm x 50 mm cross, then copy this object. I then create a circle of size say 20 mm width and height with a stroke of 1 mm. I then select the circle and apply "Paste size", the circle changes to width and height 47.619, when it should be 50 mm for both.It appears that Inkscape it including the boundary stroke as part of the circle's size, despite me having chosen Geometrical bounding box in settings. Surely the stroke size should not be part of the pasted size.
