Bug Description

I found strange problem with PPPoE connection on Ubuntu 17.04 (16.10 is affected too).
To reproduce this problem you need to connect to PPPoE ISP and try to open some sites in browser. It happens every time on my machine. However I still can resolve ip addreses with nslookup. And Google still working.
