Are these files currently shipped in a RHT package? If that is the case and you wish us not to, please open a RHT BZ requesting the change.

I assume this is just for OSP10, what is the required change for OSP11, 12, etc?

This will go away once we use upstream contrail-tripleo-puppet

MH: this is because we overwrite puppet-tripleo modules with our contrail-tripleo-puppet. It will go away when we swtich to upstream (OSP11/12).
Before that there is nothing we can do against and need an exception.

As per comment #2, this won't be addressed in OSP10. If Redhat gives an exception for R3.2 branch certification, this will not be fixed in R3.2 branch as OSP11/12 is not scheduled in R3.2 branch. Till the exception is resolved with RH, keeping the milestone to 3.2.5.0
