Bug Description
Having the ability to change the PXE boot mode for a device would be a good feature. Possible options are:
* Ignore (ignore all PXE requests, would require adjust dhcpd.conf)
* Boot local (handle PXE request and instruct boot loader to boot from the local disk)
* Poweroff (handler PXE request and poweroff the machine once booted)

By default, it should always ignore a PXE request of a device. In fact, should we always ensure that we ignore all PXE request unless we add a DHCP snippet that would tell it to PXE?
