Bug Description

nova-compute-ironic is missing genisoimage as a result deploying baremetal node is failing wiehn config drive is requested in opensatck server boot command.

The mentioned above issue was hit with 4.0.0(ocata) images.

    Fixing missing genisoimage in nova-compute-ironic

    When config drive is used when starting baremetal instance,
    it fails because of missing binary mkisofs.
