Containers CI fails to upload images due to path change

The overcloud_containers.yaml was moved from the contrib directory to the container-images directory, causing the containers CI to fail on image upload:

    Fix path to overcloud_containers.yaml

    Recently the overcloud_containers.yaml file was moved from contrib
    directory to container-images which broke CI.
