Bug Description

Ubuntu 16.10 (with Budgie) upgrade to 17 doesn't work (no graphics, either USB live or Software Updater).

gnome-terminal stopped working, doesn't show (launch from Xterm - "Error constructing proxy for org.gnome.Terminal:/org/gnome/Terminal/Factory0: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.gnome.Terminal: Timeout was reached"
gnome-terminal: Version *** 3.20.2-1ubuntu5 500
