[haproxy] Cannot remove LB from Horizon

Bug Description
Env:
version: Ocata
agent: neutron-
config: used haproxy instead of Octavia
I can see LoadBalancers under Network on my project. I am able to create LB with all details and make it running.
But, I am not able to remove any LB with Horizon, because of dependency tree - I can't see any healthmonitors, so I cannot delete it.
Of course I can remove it using CLI in a proper order:
neutron lbaas-listener-
neutron lbaas-healthmon
neutron lbaas-pool-delete
neutron lbaas-loadbalan
