Centered radial gradient is rendered offset by 1px

Bug Description

The attached SVG file has a circle with a symmetric 2-stop gradient from
light green to dark green. I believe it is symmetric because I didn't touch
the gradient handles and, when pressing the "Create and edit gradients"
button, the handles are in the center, at 12 o'clock and at 3 o'clock.

When displayed (in inkscape) or exported to PNG, however, the center of the
gradient is clearly offset by about 0.5 pixel to the right and 0.5 pixel to
the bottom. This is most apparent when exporting to a small (9x9 in my
attached example) bitmap.

I am using Inkscape 0.45 on Mac OS X (10.4.9).

Same behaviour in SVN on Liunx.

KDE's Konqueror has the same bug, while firefox does not.
