Repeated gradients do not export correctly to PostScript

Bug Description

Since PostScript does not implicitly repeat gradients like SVG does, a
repeated gradient doesn't properly export to PostScript.

ogp_open_window_logo_0.svgz

The repeated gradient in the letters didn't repeat.

Since we needed this, I prepared a PS file by hand that I believe is
correct:

ogp_open_window_logo-FIXED.ps
File Added: ogp_open_window_logo-FIXED.ps

There's been some changes to our postscript export functionality; can you please test Inkscape 0.46-pre1 or newer to see if the issue still exists?
