[Subnets page, UX Improvement] Present the subnet utilisation summary in a graphic way (per Pod-Storage design).
Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in subnet details, in the utilisation section
When I see the summary of the utilisation (number of addresses, number of used, number of free)
Then I see the information in the form of label / value
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in subnet details, in the utilisation section
When I see the summary of the utilisation (number of addresses, number of used, number of free)
Then I see the information in the form of a pie chart where I can see the total number and the number of free and used per Pods-Storage (attached screen)
