Bug Description

Fuel-library stable/7.0 syntax check fails with:

"FAILED rake lint, return value was 1"

Example job:
https://infra-ci.fuel-infra.org/view/All/job/docker-build-verify-fuel-ci/230/console

It happened because of new version of puppet-lint in rubygems. Looks like we should manually set puppet-lint version to 2.1.0 in all gemfiles inside repo where it used.
