some minor handle issues

* when AB is curve, B is smooth and BC is line, the
  handle on B is adjusted but not updated when moving C.

* when AB is curve and is converted to line, it's not
  possible to pull out handles with SHIFT unless the
  path is unfocused and focused again.

* when AB is line, B is smooth and BC gets dragged, B is
  treated like a corner, but when moving A or B, the
  handle of B gets reset

Already fixed in 0.48.0 (reproduced with attached test file in 0.47, but not in 0.48.0 and 0.48+devel r10098).

@Thomas - can we close this report as 'Fix Released' with milestone 0.48 or are any of the reported issues still open?
