gate-neutron-dynamic-routing-dsvm-tempest-api failure by "BGP Speaker extension is not enabled"

In a stable branch of devstack, API extensions list used in tempest is harded code since [1]
and BGP is not included in this list[2].

tempest tests using extensions that is not listed in DEFAULT_NET_EXT may be affected by this.

This has swift marked as affected, but it seems like there was mainly a problem for neutron... is there anything swift needs to do here? FWIW, I know that swift has had stable patches land in both Newton and Ocata since this was reported...

I saw DEFAULT_SWIFT_EXT was changed in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/438705/2/lib/tempest.
So I thought swift also may be affected. I am sorry if it was irrelevant.

No worries, thanks for looking out for us! I just wasn't sure what to even look for to see if swift *is* affected. I think I'll close it out for now, and keep this in mind if I ever see failures that mention API extensions :-)
