This happened two times in a row for me.

Hi Brian,

This doesn't appear to be a delta failure, but a failure to upload to CUD (clickupdown).

Hi Brian, were you able to complete your upload at a later date? I believe this may have unfortunately been a case of bad timing during a maintenance window.

Yes, a couple of hours later I was able to complete the upload.
