[2.2] Subnets list does not update when a VLAN's space is changed

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
(1) Browse to a VLAN details page
(2) Update the VLAN's space. Note that the VLAN's space has been changed, and that change is reflected in the UI.
(3) Click the top-level "Subnets" tab.
Expected behavior: the VLAN's new space should be seen in the top-level Subnets listing.
Actual behavior: the space is not updated until the user reloads the page.
