Bug Description

On every notification, no matter from what app, the title is: "PyCharm". (See screenshot in the attachments)
And sometimes button "Clear all notifications" overlaps last notification

This affect me too. When I install Skype for Linux on Elementary OS Loki, the notifications appear with the title "Android Studio" when some one sends me a message.
