Bug Description
[Responsive, UX Improvement] The UX for machine selection and Take action needs to be improved.
The interactions in responsive need to be designed differently to improve the usability of MAAS on mobile. When the user has scrolled down the machine list, s(he) has no idea how many machines are selected. Also, s(he) has to scroll all the way up to find the button Take action. When s(he) takes an action, the confirmation is on the top of the page invisible to the user.

Following the switch to the new version of Vanilla this is no longer an issue. (screenshot attached)
