[2.2.0rc2, Responsive, Nodes] Select all checkbox label wraps in a new row and the checkbox sits on top of the label.

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I am in machine listing
When I see the Select all checkbox
Then the word "all" wraps to a new row
and the checkbox sits on top of the label

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in machine listing
When I see the Select all checkbox
Then the word should be in one line
and the checkbox should be placed before the label
