Bug Description
When ever trying to connect the OnePlus One to the PC via the USB cable e unblocked, the PC doesn't recognize the internal storage of the phone, to place documents, photos, music etc. with the error "Unable to open MTP device '[usb:002,005]' tried, with the password, with code, and no password, all the same and also tried on different USB ports, with the same results
