Bug Description

[UI, 2.2.0rc2] Device discovery - Tooltip off screen and misspelled.

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I'm in Device Discovery - Tooltip
When clicking the open row the tooltip isn't visible and disappears off the screen so I'm unable to read what is describes. Also it has a spelling mistake within the tooltip "Close editing deivices"

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I'm in Device Discovery - Tooltip
Be able to see the tooltip and read what it describes. The spelling correction should be "Close editing devices"

Tooltip issue to be addressed by https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1680819. Re-naming bug report only for the misspelledb word.
