[[2.3beta3, UI] Network discovery] Device discovery - Sticky table row heading alignment broken.

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I'm in Device Discovery - Scrolling listing
When scrolling through the device discovery listing the table row heading jump out of alignment when transitioning to the sticky table row header.

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I'm in Device Discovery - Scrolling listing
The table row headings should remain in the same position whether you are viewing the table with or without scrolling down the device listing.
