[10.0 swarm] Remove deprecated scenario for test case "deploy_with_redeploy_and_modify_settings"

Detailed bug description:

The issue was found by https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/10.0.system_test.ubuntu.unlock_settings_tab/184/testReport/(root)/deploy_with_redeploy_and_modify_settings/deploy_with_redeploy_and_modify_settings/

For test case [0] we need to remove cluster configs which are related to deployment of ceilometer, mongo, murano.
