Bug Description

Updated Ubuntu 16.10 to 17.04 (i386) and initially everything seemed to be ok.
Time only was displayed in title bar after some updates it no longer appears.
The tab in system settings for date/time shows time as selected but it is all
"grayed out" and I cannot change anything. I see older version bug reports for
this and have tried a few "get apt- whatever" to reinstall but nothing helped.

I do not know if this is "self-inflicted" because of something I may have done.
Is there a way I can reinstall 17.04?

Thanks

You have filed a bug against the documentation, and this is apparently not about documentation, so closing.

Note, though, that 17.04 hasn't been released yet, so your question is not (yet) on topic at Ask Ubuntu.
