Bug Description

After upgrading from 16.10 to 17.04 , Wacom Bamboo Pen is not responding if it's already plugged in before opening Gimp, Krita or Raw Therapee. If it's connected after opening one of these programs it freezes all system.
Inkscape seems to be the only one working so far.
