Btw does it a bug that suffered for several am4 motherboard under Linux?

Edit the file /etc/default/grub and add the commands to the line

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="video=vesafb:off vga=normal"

between the "quote marks" for example.
Then run
sudo update-grub

then the final result is still the black screen
so is it a bug?

sounds like a bug - it should be reported via the xorg package

i.e.

ubuntu-bug xorg
