MAAS Version 2.2.0 (beta4+bzr5831), [Device discovery - Enable/Disable toggle] The tooltip works as a button that interacts with the toggle
Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in the dashboard in device discovery
When I click on the tooltip
Then the toggle for enabling/disabling discovery changes state
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in the dashboard in device discovery
When I click on the tooltip
Then nothing should happen
The tooltip has a different purpose as a pattern and shouldn't be used for interacting with other components on the screen. This behaviour is repeated in all places we have a toggle with a tooltip.
