[2.x, UI] Discovery dashboard should allow filtering by last seen time

Bug Description
My discovery dashboard is cluttered with containers I used while running a test deployment with juju last week.
There should be a way to hide discoveries last seen more than <some-time-period> ago. (Perhaps it should default to a multiple of the configured active scan interval, if set.)
