Zesty : VPN connections appear grayed out - impossible to launch VPN connection from nm-applet

Bug Description

nm-applet display each configured VPN connection as greyed out so it is impossible to launch any of the openVPN connection from the network indicator.

It is still possible to enable the VPN connection using :

 $ nmcli conn up {VPN}
