Bug Description

Greetings!

In the translateable strings, on item 213
(https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/zesty/+source/monitoring-plugins/+pots/monitoring-plugins/en_GB/213/+translate)

is the following URL:
http://www.activesw.com/people/steve/qstat.html

I can't seem to get this page to load and it redirects to the following anyway:
http://www.activesoftware.com/people/steve/qstat.html

www.activesoftware.com is down, but I can't seem to find out for how long this has been the case.

As we near the deadline this week for translation strings for Ubuntu 17.04, I'm tempted to leave it as it is for now, but it does need some alteration or update on your end or users are going to hit a dead link.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

One more and this one runs a bit deeper:

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/zesty/+source/monitoring-plugins/+pots/monitoring-plugins/en_GB/723/+translate

(http://www.engr.wisc.edu/~drews/mrtg/) is now also a dead link.

The Uni of Wisconsin has changed their pages it seems, and if this originally pointed to James Drews' page for downloading "MRTGEXT.NLM file from James Drews' MRTG extension for NetWare", I can't find it anywhere.

Any semi-related links on pages like http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/3party.en.html end up on https://www.novell.com/developer/ and require an account, so hopefully that's to be expected now.

Thanks

Realistically, this probably should be reported upstream, as the URLs are in the upstream source not our packaging.
