mysql-test/include/restart_readonly_mysqld.inc waits only for 10 seconds for shutdown

mysqltest: Result content mismatch

mysql-test/include/restart_readonly_mysqld.inc waits only for 10 seconds for server to shutdown. All the other MTR include/ files to shutdown the server as well as shutdown_server command default wait for 60 seconds for server to shutdown.
