Bug Description
related to bug 1678231, the broadcast address of a subnet can't be included in reserved ranges, or assigned to machines, but it doesn't show up in the "used" list.

I think this is expected behavior. It's not a usable address on the subnet. It is neither used nor unused. It just is. ;-)
