Bug Description
ISO ~1531 (custom build)
Steps to reproduce:
- Deploy cluster with 3 controllers (and 1 compute + 1 cinder)
- Remove tag "database" from controller role
- Create new role for tag "database"
- Add 3 nodes with new role to deployed cluster
- Deploy changes
Result:
Non-primary controller fails to deploy:
