Bug Description
btrfs's utility tools is named btrfs-progs rather than btrfs-tools. It's better to rename it to the real name to ease finding this package by its name.
BTW, debian already did so.

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.
Starting with Ubuntu 16.10, the btrfs-progs package has been imported (https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ btrfs-progs) and btrfs-tools is no longer availble. Effectively, the package has been renamed and I believe this issue can be marked as Fixed. Most likely this was automatically synced from Debian. I don't think the name-change will be backported to older releases.
