You do not have an EFI-System-Partition, so it is impossible to install Grub. Either you create an ESP on your disk or you boot the installer in BIOS mode.

I recommend to use GPT as partition table.

Madame, Monsieur bonjour,

J'ai réussi l'installation après quelques heures de recherche...

J'ai supprimé le démarrage UEFI, mais avant j'ai modifier dans le bios
UEFI Windos au profit d'UEFI Linux. Je ne connaissais pas le NUC avant
et cette fonctionnalité du bios...

Ensuite j'ai décoché UEFI et repris l'installation qui s'en enfin
terminée correctement.

Mes excuses de n'avoir pas répondu hier soir mais j'ai changé de
fournisseur et hier soir je n'avais plus d'accès à internet.
