Bug Description

Since the discovery client has been removed from the contrail-dns, the configuration infos related to this part are no more needed.

Remove discovery configuration info in contrail-dns

* Since the discovery client has been removed from contrail-dns since
89170ccd8bcfd02590c526285a391e5c27473888, the discovery information in
the file is no more needed.
