Bug Description

The following command works perfectly in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (dcmtk version 3.6.1), but gives warnings in the version compiled for Ubuntu 16.10 (dcmtk version 3.6.1). Since dcmtk seems to be the same, i assume there is some compilation issue.

This is an unsupported release now. Please think to install the next LTS 'Bionic 18.04'
